The Good Life Halfsy is more than your average Nebraska Half Marathon. It’s a fun-filled weekend celebrating Nebraska and its people, landmarks, icons and culture. There’s something special about this place and we’re running through the streets of Lincoln to let the secret out. And if you’re not from the good life state, we welcome you to visit. You’ll find it to be one of the friendliest places around with surprises around every turn. Some would call it a half marathon. We call it the Halfsy.

The Good Life Halfsy will kick off from Seacrest Field in east Lincoln on a point-to-point journey westward on iconic city streets and trails to the downtown Haymarket finish. Runners will take in some of Lincoln’s favorite landmarks and views including Holmes Lake, Sunken Gardens, Antelope Valley, the State Capitol and downtown stadiums. Saving the best for last, you’ll cross over the Lincoln pedestrian bridge before crashing into the Canopy Street finish line where you’ll see yourself on a ginormous screen called the Cube. The action continues beyond the finish lane at the post-race festival at the Railyard. Boom!
